Return Policy

You can return the ordered product for a refund or exchange the product within 2 days from the date of receipt, in the following cases:

• Goods do not match the type and model in the order

• Missing quantities as in the order.

• External condition is affected such as packaging tear, peeling, broken container or bottle...

Returned products must be in their original condition with tags and original packaging.

It is the responsibility of the customer to present relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return of goods.

Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by you. To return the product, please send your item and purchase receipt to us. Please be sure to pack the product carefully.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including: products that are in the promotion period or certain products that cannot be exchanged or returned.
