Delivery

After confirming the order and receiving the money transfer, we will deliver it to you at the address provided.

For customers using COD collection service, please pay the bill to the delivery staff when receiving the goods.

Note: Customers who refuse to receive the goods will have to pay the delivery fee.

Delivery time

• For orders within Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh city, delivery time is 1-2 days

  For orders from outside provinces, delivery time is 2-3 days

• Delivery time begins from the time your order is confirmed
